Don't you think dating years should count in the TOTAL married years!!! I mean 5 yrs is not a couple of months we're talking about here!!! We didn't ever break up and I swear it's like we are married already!!! Just a thought...

I always agreed with that, since it will be 8 1/2 years of dating before marriage.

When we got engaged we had been dating for 11 months. This week marks 14 months together.

Our Anniversary is 4/24/01 - got engaged on 12/21/05, getting married on 4/30/06 - so we'll be celebrating 5 years together one week before we get married!

Signed lease for apartment November 9, 2004
Engaged November 25, 2004
Moved in together January 8, 2005

We've known each other almost 11 months, been dating for about 10, and got engaged after 4 months and 2 days! Been living together for about 5 months now and couldn't be happier!! Why wait when you know it's right?
