How long in advance should you schedule hair trials?

I have my makeup trial set for end of July, but I wasn't sure exactly when I should schedule a hair trial?

I already have my headpiece as I will be borrowing my sister's - thanks!

the sooner the better. a make up artist i wanted was already booked a yr before my wedding. the artist didn't want to do a trial with me since the trial she had coming up was for someone on the same date as me.

I had my hair/makeup trial in April.

the sooner the better! i had my trials in november and december of last year. have fun and show us pics!
