Its fine, just keep it in the same temperature (cool or room temperature id fine) until you are ready to open it, then chill

White wine will last for awhile but the taste of it does start to change after about 4-5 days.

When storing unopened wine or champagne for long periods of time, store it on its side this will keep the cork from drying out, making opening the bottle an easier task.
