1 hour and 15 mins door to door. Drive to the station- take the LIRR then take the subway to work. The actual LIRR ride is 40 minutes and the rest is walking/driving time.

It was 2 hours door to door up until this week. I got a new job on the island and I am working 10 minutes door to door.
This is te best thing that I have done...

Right now I have a 15 minute walk from my apartment to my office. But in November my office is moving and I'll have about 10 minute train ride.

about 40 minutes- if traffic is ok and i dont hit the bridge getting out of long beach.. if I do many of the times its 50 min to an hours. i live in the west end of long beach so just getting out of that section can take 30 min with all the lights!
