My photographer is contracted for 9 hours, and everything after that is overtime ($150/hr). My reception is 5 hrs, but do I need him to take pics through the entire reception? Should I just pay to have him from 1-12pm and just pay $300 extra? What would you do?

Our photographer was with us from the beginning until the very end...literally! The room was being packed up and all...lights were on and they were still there with us!

the whole she-bang. I had an hour OT too
ETA: I had pics starting at 2pm and then the whole thing ended at 2am!

Ours is leaving 30 minutes early. They said by that point (10 hrs) they had enough footage.

We have him for 10 hours, before the ceremony till the end of the reception!!! You bet I'm getting my money's worth!!!!!!

Our photographer told us she technically has no time limit, and is there from the time you're getting ready until the very end of the reception.
However, there was someone that saw her recently who said they were told she only covers for 8 hours. Maybe she's changing for 2006?

I believe it's the whole reception. I don't think I would like it if they left early.
