including cocktail hour? If it is not as long or as late as you'd like, are you planning an after party? If so what are you doing? TIA

our reception with CH hour IF we get married at the church is 5.5 hours long, but if we get married there it's 6 hours grand total; 5.5 for reception and .5 for the ceremony. Our reception will go until 12:30, so no we are not planning any after party persay. There's a bar in the hotel and a bar down the block if people want to continue to hang out and party. I think I'll be pooped though lol

Ours was 5 1/2 hours - 7:30 pm cocktails and 9pm - 1 am reception.

Our cocktail hour is from 7:30-9pm and reception from 9-1am. So 5 1/2 hours total.

6 hrs inc the CH. It's during the day so we're arranging transportation back to the hotel and continuing to party there

mine was 6hours...that was CH, reception & VH... DH & i didn't go, but the hotel we set up for our guests also kept the bar/lounge open so people could have an 'after party' if they wanted...i was SHOCKED when i heard everyone actually went since our reception didn't end untill 2:30!

ours is actually 6 hours.. it was suppose to be 5 hours but our lovely banquet manajor gave us an extra hour :) so our cocktail is from 7-8 and then 8-1am party time with the vieneese hour included! :)

but now im thinking after seeing all of you with the cocktail hour starting at 7.. is my cocktail hour from 7 to 8 too late? i dont know why we picked 7!! maybe we should put it for 6?? ahh!!

5 hours total , my wedding ends at 6pm so im not sure if we are going to do an after party somewhere, will have to talk with FH about it

Ours is 5 hours including CH. Its ending at midnight. By the time we get to the hotel I'm sure everyone will be pooped. We're not planning anything afterward.

5hrs includes CH - I opted to not do the Vh because there isjust way to much as it is. Plus we get so many deserts & trays included that it wasnt necessary.
