How long should I give this guy to pay from EBAY????
okay I just started selling stuff. One guy won an item..auction ended on Sunday. I invoiced him and even emailed him asking politely how he planned on paying. he hasn't contacted me, paid or emailed me back.
What is proper ebay equitte on paying?????

I give 10 days and then send a payment reminder. After 2 weeks if no response I file a non paying bidder alert. They usually respond after the payment reminder. I have been selling for a few years. Feel free to FM me any questions you have

In my auction I say that payment is expected within 7 days of the close of the auction. If they haven't paid on the 7th day I email a reminder. I haven't had any problems yet. I'm not sure how you can proceed after you send a reminder.

I did write in the auction payment must be received within ten days...

Go into 'my ebay' and then sold items and next to the item will have a drop down arrow with choices and if it is after 3 days of close (which it is) you can select 'send a payment reminder.' Here is the link for filing a non paying bidder. You can only do this after 10 days. Then you get your listing fee and selling fee back.
