Okay here's the situation: My bridal party is being shifted around a bit due circumstances not under our control. My Dad passed this past June so my Brother has just decided that he is going to walk me down the aisle (he was suppose to be a groomsman). My FI is going to ask my Cousin's Husband who he's friends with to replace my brothers spot. That's all fine and dandy. The other switch is: he's been on the outs with one of his close friends for a few months now and he's been talking about not having him in the wedding party anymore. He has someone that he's going to ask if he decides not to have him but he hasn't made the decision yet. Now how long do I let this go on before I have to force him to make a decision? If it was up to him then he'd ask this other guy the day before the wedding!! Besides the fact that I have programs to make up and all that jazz! I just don't want this guy to feel like he was a second thought and for my FI to ask him so late!! (I'm also anal and want to get things done already!) Neither one of us are seeing things as getting better but how long should I wait??? Am I being TOO ANAL??? Yeah - most likely.

I think most of us had 2nd thoughts about the bridal party. In the end, it worked itself out. I demoted a MOH and bumped a BM...both of them understood. t

Don' feel bad i'm the same way i was the wedding plans done so i don't have to do them the last min. My Fh didn't ask the groomsmen and best man till like last month. I keep on telling him can you please ask i will in the spring time i told him you have to ask them now 3 monts later i told him and he is like ok i will. When i new how many people i told all my girls right then and there cause i was so happy. But it will work out i just think that is how men are they don't think it is a rush to do it,
