How long should it take for a headpiece and veil to come in?

How long should it take for a headpiece and veil to come in?

I ordered my headpiece/veil with my gown around October. First they said it would be in beg of May. I called again and they said July. I'm very concerned. I have to wait for the manager to come in to talk to her.

I honestly don't see why it would take this long, if you're wedding is in September, you have some time, but I would keep on them and definitely speak with a manager.

My hair accessories which were custom made by Thomas Knoell took about 6 weeks, and my veil from Barron's took about a month, maybe even less. If you have intricate detailing on your veil, I can see that it would take longer, but not over 7 months!

I have the same problem. I ordered my headpiece in October and it isnt in yet. It wasnt a custom design, so I dont see what the problem is. I know I have until September, but I want to start going on hair trials, so I can see what I can do with the tiara.
