I am still in shock that I am married almost two months, wow! I wish I was still on my honeymoon, lol.
Quick question, how long did it take you ti received edited photos and videos from your vendor (no album)? My vendors were Capture the Moment. I figured it takes a while but wanted to get a sense from people who already went through the process. Thanks!

Have you tried reaching out to CTM? We just booked with them and Jess has always gotten back to me fairly quickly with any questions I've had. I don't think it would be an issue if you asked her for an update/expected time frame. I want to say my cousins waited 3-4 months before they got the edited photos back, but I could be way off, lol. I know my fiances cousin got her proofs back last week and their wedding was October 12, so now they are sorting through and deciding what shots should be edited.

We got our proofs back very quickly, but those aren't the edited ones, just direct from the camera proofs. We were told a few months once we order the edited ones. It's such a daunting task to go through them all. You have at least 4 shots of the same pose and it's like, ok his eyes are closed in that one, i'm making a weird face in that one... and flipping back and forth you're then like, wait - which one did i like? ugh. it's a process. lol.

No you are right about her being responsive with questions, so I did reach out via email a little while ago.
I brought it up to my husband a couple of weeks ago and he said leave it alone because it will take a long while for them to edit and retouch so I was hesitant to reach out. Curiosity got the best of me so we'll see what she says.

I had my proofs fully edited in just under a month, 3 weeks 5 days to be exact! I still have to order my thank yous and my albums though.

I've only been married for a week, but I was told photos would be ready 2-3 weeks after. I'm impatiently waiting because not as many people took photos and I want to see them already! Haha

Our photographer said it takes about 6 wks for ours. He did our engagement pics in about 4 and a half to 5 wks though, so I'm hoping its earlier. Don't know about videography though forgot to ask. I just check my email everyday to see if they've notified me lol

At least you're all quicker than my brother. He got married in Florida. He JUST got his unwatermarked photos yesterday (he's had the watermarked ones in the online gallery for a while) and he got married March 1st!!! 8 1/2 months of waiting for them :(

I got my raw footage back from ctm when I returned from our honeymoon but not the fully edited video. I got photos when we got back from our honeymoon

It was! And they could never get in touch with the photographer! Finally my SIL father threatened to sue (he actually would have if they didn't get their photos) and then they got their photos right away. I guess that's all it takes after almost 9 months of waiting for photos lol
