Omg I just remembered the first holiday with him and the whole family. They all gathered in the living room and opened presents, but one by one while evryone watched. I though I was in the clear hanging in the corner untill his mother gave me a gift and I had to open it with everyone watching me. It was horrible, I was soo shy and embarassed. I am talking like 30 people I just met. Lol glad those days are over.

I think a few weeks ... I went to his house to watch a movie with him, and his parents were in the living room when I got there. Then they went upstairs to bed even though it was early because they don't have another room with a TV in it and they wouldn't let him bring me to his bedroom

about a week...he kept asking me to come over his house and i was saying no i dont want to meet everybody lol, i dont know what was wrong with me...then finally i said ok well i say finally like it was a long time but it was just a few days of him asking...i was SOOOOOO nervous lol

OMG DENISE...me too....i told him I DONT WANT TO MEET ANY FAMILY....and one day his family came over with a cake for his birthday and I was there and i was forced to meet them..I was soooooo nervous.

Umm i think it was a couple of weeks before I met his mom and his brothers..then it was another couple weeks after that when I met the rest of his family. He met mine on our first date b/c I made him come up to the door and my nosey mom came up to the door to meet him and dragged him inside lol

we started dating in january and he took me home to meet his mom in march.. he met my grandparents in january and my parents in may (I lived with my grandparents at the time).

FH met my sister and family on our 3rd date. I met his family 2 weeks after we met.

good question!! I met his mom and dad like 2 weeks after and the rest of his family at Easter, 4 months later

I met his parents and whole family after a month of dating on Easter also. I was so embarrassed and shy I wnated to chicken out so bad but i went. I remember being so scared walking up the steps to his house...lol I probably shouldn't have made the first time meeting them on a holiday with 30 people there.

i was the same way...fh is SO close to his mom so i was like oh no if she doesn't like me then this will not be good...luckily my friend lives across the street from him and they have their whole lives so she knew his mom and told me that his mom is the nicest person and so friendly and not to worry so i felt a LITTLE bit better but still. It was a big deal for Fh to say he was ACTUALLY going out with somebody lol, so when i got there it was his mom, his aunt & uncle JUST HAPPEN to be there lol, his brother and brothers gf all downstairs hanging around waiting for me to come...once i walked in the door his mom hugged me and welcomed me to their house lol it was sweet.

FH is so close to his family also so i remember being so nervous, i even drove around for a little before actually getting the nerve to go to the house...lol Oh and to top it all off i had to sit at the dinner table with the whole family squashed because there were so many people there and eat with them and everytime the mother would offer me food i would just say yes because i didnt want to offend her!! I am so glad those days are long over. They told him to keep me around because i was quiet, I guess they liked that about me..lol

I met his family about 2 weeks after we started dating and not soon after i got preggo

Technically I met his dad 7 years before I met him! His dad was my junior high track coach.

I actually, formally, met his parents though about two weeks after we started dating.

I met his mom before we were officially dating, when I went to visit him during christmas break... I met his dad and step mom in may soo about 4 months later during summer vaca lol

FILs about 2 weeks after we started dating. The rest of the family about 2 months later. He didn't meet my family until 3 months after

Less than a month....we were going to the beach and when I picked him up, they came out to meet me. Since it was so informal, meaning it wasn't a set time to meet, I wasn't nervous at all!

i remember about to walk in and then thinking oh god i look like an idiot why did i wear this lol, i had on my white northface with white furry boots, i felt like an eskimo lol...once i got in i was ok and it was FH who got real nervous...i was talking to his mom and forgot what she said and FH was like AHHHH Ok shut up stop, i think it was about him lol and the whole time we were in the kitchen and fh was pacing back and forth, kept looking around for things and couldn't stand still bc of how nervous he was lol.

The first time i met his brother though was funny bc his parents were away that weekend and FH and i went to a club and then came back to his house and i slept there, i passed out with my clothes on and in the morning i was like Ok im gonna go now, i walk downstairs in the morning in my club attire and all a mess like great i look trashy at 10am, and i had my car parked in the back so i walked by his brother at the kitchen table and to embarass me he was like 'awwww shes so pretty' knowing him now thats his personality but then i was like uhmmm thanks i guess

i know, i dont understand why i was so nervous and its funny bc usually its the guy that says 'NO I DONT WANT TO MEET YOUR FAMILY' but in this situation it was me...i said a week above but i think it was more like 2 weeks fh just wanted to hang out in his house with me watching movies and relaxing and i wouldn't agree to it, plus i know now how his family is so i know his mom was like 'I want to meet this girl' it was about 3 years since FH's last relationship so they were all like oh WOW you have a girlfriend
