How long will you and FH have been engaged on your wedding day?

I'm just curious how long you and your FH will be or were engaged on your wedding day. It seems we're having a shorter engagement than most people.

On our wedding day, we'll have been engaged about 9 and a half months.

About 2 1/2 years. I'll be finishing my degree and starting my job as an RN by then and he's making his way in his job too. I wanted a fall wedding so we figured whats a few more months? Plus we are saving.

8 1/2 months! When you're ready you're ready My best friend got married 9 months after her engagement, and my parents were within a year also. It really depends on the person, some people like long engagements, but for me, this summer was the perfect time to do it and I can't wait to be married! I know how u feel tho b/c everyone has a comment on it haha. Have fun!

My sentiments exactly! We will be engaged 9.5 months on our wedding day. I can't wait! I almost decided to get married in April. That would have only been 7 months!

Okay I win the prize for the longest engagement so far! It will be 3 years 9 months and 5 days if we stick to getting married on 9/12/09.

We got engaged 11/23/05 and we are getting married 2/16/07, so its about 1 year and 3 months!!!

22 months. Which is weird because 22 is his number, so he proposed on the 22nd and we didn't purpose pick a date to wait 22 months. OUr date 5/17=22, our bp there will be 22 people, which again wasn't done on purpose. Hmmm I think theres more but can't remember lol
