How many 10 person shuttles do you think I need?

How long do you have the shuttles for, and how far away is the wedding?

We have about 30 people that'll need a shuttle, and only got one 14 pass shuttle that'll make a couple trips. It's a 2 hour minimum, so it didn't seem worth it to get another one. Just means some people will be a little early to the RH, and some will wait a little bit at the hotel, which isn't a big deal.

So, you may be able to cut that down to 2 shuttles and save some $$??

About 40 people are staying at the hotel but I don't think all of them will take the shuttle. Do you think 3 10-person shuttles should be enough?

just out of curiosity, who did you book the shuttle with? I was thinking i may need to do this as well, because we have accomidations that are about a 5 min drive, but i have no idea how to set this up? who do you call/ask? TIA!

ugh shuttles...what a PITA I'm not sure what I should do either...I kind of want to ask around to see who will be taking it..yet I'm worried of the can of worms that might open. There might be people who really don't need the shuttle but will take it anyway...I really want to reserve it for those that drink and shouldn't drive.

In your case, the three shuttles sound fine. Is your hotel providing them or are you using an outside vendor? I have to pay for mine with an outside vendor.

we're not sure how many people are staying at the hotel just yet, but we know it's going to be more than 25...
