I'm starting to think about menus and programs, and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how many I should make? I'm having around 230 guests. One per person or one per couple?

I;m doing 1 per guest, but I only will have about 100 people. but 230 is a lot to make, so if you want to cut back on work and money maybe do 1 per couple. it's totally up to you.

I think you could go either way...either one per person or per couple.

for programs i'm doing one per person, for menus i'm doing a few per table and gonna put them on a stand.. (at least that is what i THINK im doing.. could change at any moment..)

i'm having 150 and i was thinking of printing out one per couple or print two to three per table and put in a stand for display to the table. i can't imagine printing over 200 of them, unless you take it to kinko's or something.

is everyone doing 1 program per person? I know not everybody goes to the church, and not all of them take a program (usually the men don't). I was only thinking of doing 125 programs & petal cones

i only saw menus when i read your post...so yeah, your idea of 125 programs makes total sense since not everyone goes to the ceremony (unless it's at your RH, in which case you have more chance of everyone going, i would think)...then i might only do 50 programs, and 1 menu per guest. i dont know...i havent gotten to programs yet. i probably wont do them until we sit down with the priest to discuss the ceremony.
but i like the idea of a few menus per table and propping them up! so cute!
