ok...so i have to guarantee 150 people for my hall... i currrently have 162 invited (invites starting to go out tomorrow)...
how many people overall should i invite???

I agree, so figure you would have to invite approx 200 people to get 150. Although I invited 254 and got 182, so I had a little more than 20%

i would def invite at least 175....i also had more than 20% say no so its up to you but if you can use the money towards tableclothes or whatever then thats awesome just make sure yor catering hall will do that bc ive never heard of that

200 to be safe. I invited much more than that and between no-shows and last-minute cancellations I only ended up with around 160.

we invited 211 and only have 139!! but we have A LOT of OOTers, like FH's whole family and his friends are all in Cali . We were hoping more of them might make the trip, but oh well. we aren't meeting our minimum of 150, but what can you do?
