Is the ceremony site far from the reception? If so I would say around 100.

How much time is there in between the church and the cocktail hour?

there are a few things to consider:
what time is the church? are there a lot of OOT guests that will be coming in? is it a friday? how much time is in between?
if you are expecting 200 i would say make between 80-100 one per couple giver or take. JMO. that is probably what i will do.

CHURCH IS ABOUT 25 MIN FROM RECEPTION HALL.
THERE IS A TIME GAP, CEREMONY STARTS AT 3 (FULL MASS, PROBABLY END BY 4) RECEPTION DOESN'T START UNTIL 6:30
