hours on your wedding day is your photographer giving you? My girl told me 10hrs. I'm having a hard time with that because I want her to come to my mom's and take pictures of me getting ready but she said if she does that then she most likely won't be around for the last 2hrs of my reception. Normally int hose 2 hours is when the cake cutting happens and the vienesse hr along with our cigar guy and want pics of all that.
If she comes to me @ 12pm, take pictures of me getting my makeup done, then she'll be leaving by 10pm.
If she comes to me at 1pm she'll be gone by 11pm and our reception is over at midnight but the limo is coming to me at 2pm so I have to have my hair and makeup done by 1 the latest.
What are you girls doing?

The photographers I have spoken to (I haven't booked yet) are 10 hours. Which means (for me at least), they will be at my parents' house for 2 hours before the ceremony and be with us until midnight. So we will have the photographer 2 hours before the wedding, which should be more than enough time. But my ceremony is at 4:00 and my reception is 7:00-12:00. What time is your ceremony?

I'm having the same issue. I have mine for 10hrs and I'm worried she wont have time to capture my getting ready. I don't have a timeline yet so I'm not freaking out yet. If we are press for time, I'm thinking of asking her for a few shots of getting ready nothing crazy. I won't need her at the end of the night as we will be dancing and not having people see us off.

My photog left right after cake cutting--- he got a few shots of the VH when it was set up. Honestly.... there was no need for him to stay later. The last hour we spent saying bye to the older crowd-- it went so fast nothing was missed.

My photographer said he is will be there for 12-14 hrs depending on the time frame.

my reception is from 7:15-12, if my photographer comes to me @ 12pm and gets some pics of me getting ready, she will be leaving by 10pm. What time does the cake cutting happen? I want pics of my vienesse hour and my cigar guy that's will be around doing cordials.
