How many boxes do you think/did you give .......

to your reception hall a few days before your wedding???

I feel like I have too many things to give them. Favors, cameras, toasting, flutes, cake topper, place card holders, photocube, other pictures, candles etc.

I see a million pics of brides with all of the decorations that they want.. Do you think that they will have a problem with it and will they do exactly what you ask???????

I had 11 boxes and was so embarrassed...thought I had way too much. When they were bringing my stuff upstairs with me the guy was like is that it and I asked why? He said that most brides have DOUBLE the amount that I had. I guess it depends on the size of your favors and all the stuff your giving them. I put detailed instructions on each box and they did exactly what I had asked them to do.

To make it easy on yourself and to make it 'look' like less you could buy one of those tupperware bins... they usually have a top that folds shut and it's so much easier. You can put everything in there- label it w/ your name and date of the affair and just bring that in. Put the instructions on top or inside and then, afterwards, it's easy to pack up too! HTH

I didn't put pictures...but if you have an exact vision of what something is to look like I say put pictures. Since it's not yourself setting them up the more details you can give the person that is setting them up for you...the better.

Don't feel funny at all...they actually thanked me for putting such detailed instructions on my boxes...and remember put the date of your wedding and both of your last names.
