How many bridal salons did you go to before you found 'The One'

I was just wondering how many places you visited before selecting your wedding dress...

I went to only 2 and tried on probably 8-10 dresses. I felt a little pressed in time and my mom didn't want to look at a whole bunch of places either

i went to about 5... tried on about 10 dresses each time still went back to one of the original ones i tried so i knew it was the one

Just one.....

I found a dress that I loved online. I did a search on the website to see which bridal salon carried the dress. I went to the bridal salon with my mom and they had the dress in my size (actually a little big). It was the first dress that I tried on. When my mom and I looked in the mirror, we both knew that it was the one!!!!!

2.... I went to Fantasia Bridal first - i knew i wanted to order through them & use their seamstress's so they were the first place i went...found 'the dress' at the very end.. I seriously tried on like 30-40 gowns lol..my mom, moh & myself were there for hours but had so much fun! i went to another shop...tried on maybe 10 dresses??? ended up back at Fantasia to place my order

I went to one store, and tried 2 dresses on by Alfred Angelo, b/c that is the designer I knew I liked. I actually went in to see my dress, but they didnt' have my dress so I tried on ones by him. I ordered my dress that day w/out trying it on.

I don't think I am indecisive about anything, so I didn't really need to try on a million dresses.

I have 2 gowns, & for both I found on line...I had to find a bridal store that either had a sample to try or order me a sample to try on....I never tried on any other gowns than mine.

probably around 7-8.... and many many dresses. ended up at the second dress at the second salon

Honestly... 1... the 1st salon i went to and it was the 1st dress i tried on

It was love at first sight

I only went to one place and it was the second dress I tried on (although the first dress was also great and if I had a summer wedding I would have chosen it instead because it was a little lighter).

But I also knew exactly what I was looking for. I tried on about 5 dresses, 3 which were serious, 1 giant fluffy ball gown for fun, and then 1 expensive one from the window display that I though just sort of looked cool but really didn't look so great on.

I went to 3. I tried on my dress at 2 of the 3 salons and kept going back to it.

I probably went to about 10. I had something in mind but when I tried it on, it wasn't what I expected. I ended up buying the last dress I saw.

I went to 2 places and tried about 7-10 dresses on in both stores. Then I fell in love with a dress on line and hunted it down. Once I tried the dress on and I just knew. My mom forced me to try more dresses and I did, but I kept going back and trying the one I fell in love with..so I knew it was def 'the one'.

I went all the way to bridal Town (Not an actual town) in Pennsylvania. It was so worth the trip because thats where i found my dress. I fell in love. I went to a total of 3 places.

Just 1 - 5th Dress I tried on - But went back 3x with different people to try on again and again before I purchased - I think I jsut wanted to keep putting it on - It has been a while I may have to go back

LOL I went to EVERY Bridal Salon on LI and I found my gown at the 1st one I ever went too!

I went to about 5 and tried on as many dresses that caught my fancy as I could. My mom and I had so much fun that I would try on a dress on for the heck of it. But once I found 'the one', I didn't look any further, ordered it, and never once looked back.
