How many brides are taking pics w/ FH before ceremony?

Did you or will you see you FH before the ceremony for photo purposes?to ease the tension of walking down the aisle?

We are taking before.

First because in Jewish religion we have to see each other before ceremony anyway. Also, I really want a lot of pictures. Since the ceremony starts at 5:30pm, we have full day of pics that we would miss out on.

we are taking pictures before the wedding -- my photographer says it is the way to go this way you dont miss out on the reception -
i dont think it is a huge deal to see each other beforehand -

i would highly recommend it! it was one of the best decisions we made!

i had no anxiety whatsoever walking down the aisle (this is generally a problem for me) & it was so wonderful to spend quality time with him and our bridal party before the chaos began. it was very relaxing and special.

eta: i actually hated the idea of seeing him for the first time when i walked down the aisle, although this seems to be preferable to a lot of people.

We are getting married at the hall and the cocktail hour immediately follows the ceremony and I want to be in my CH, so my photographer is coming an hour early to take as many posed pics that he can before the ceremony.

We will be taking all of our pictures before the ceremony. We don't want to miss our cocktail hour and honestly I would rather see him alone for the first time instead of 100+ people staring at me.

We are doing it, but not to ease the anxiety. We are doing it because our ceremony is at the hall where the reception is and the cocktail hour starts immediately after the ceremony. We are going to make sure that we get the first time we see eachother on film though.
