I know that nsgraham is making hers (which are beautiful). I was just wondering how many other brides were taking on this task.
If you have can you post samples? and advise just how much time it takes..??

I am undecided. I just can't find ones I love. still looking and seeing what vendors can come up with before I really look at making my own. I know I can do it, but can they do it for cheaper & better ideas????

Yes I'am doing my own invitations!! I ordered the paper through LCI paper and they had so much to choose. I will post when i find the picture again. I have done the invitation yet so i can't tell u how long it is going to take but i can tell u that i paid $120.00 with shipping and tax for 100 invitation lined envlopes and response card and everthing!! Mine has a sea shell at the top and then my dad ordered wedding templates cd that has different fonts and styles to choose from!! so it is so easy if u have a good printer!! Hope this helps

My brother made his own & I was considering it to save $$, but figured it would not be worth the aggrevation (and believe me, I almost lost my mind last night just doing our rehearsal dinnner invites last night!!!!).

I got married 8/03 and I started making my invites 11/02.. they took a long time to make but it was worth it..

I am still so torn. I found invites I loved, but I have a feeling I can make them. But I know me, I would put soo much time into them..

I plan on making my own (I'll try to post them). I purchased the blank invitation at Michaels (50 invites with reply cards), printed a few and just added 2 flowers to each with the glue gun. I didn't time myself (sorry) but it didn't take to long. Good luck on your choice.
