When you visit florists do you need to know the exact # of centerpeices you will need? How do you know how many people you will be having to fill up the tables? do you just estimate and can change later??

it would be great if you did know how many tables-so the florist can tell you how much each CP will cost for your budgeting info...
your hall should tell you how many gyests fit at the tables comfortably. we are only have 10 per table, although they told me 12 can fit... dont want peopl on top of each other, 14 tables, 10 per table & 14 CP's
fyi- you can always change, at least with my florist we can
