Curious, how many church programs did you do? We're planning on a reception of 175-200 people. I know not everyone attends the church. Do you think 60 programs would be okay? One per couple?

Do you mean not everyone you've invited to the reception attends the ceremony?
If your programs are really complicated, you may want to do one per couple. But I think it's preferable to do one per person if you have the time and it's in your budget.
I agree. If you have the time and budget do one per person (thats what Im doing..however I am having a small wedding with not so complicated programs)

As sad a sit sounds most people cannot make the ceremony but end up coming to the receptions. It's nice to do one per person if you have the time & $$$$. Truth be told most of these either get left behind as past brides have informed me.

Re: How many church programs?
We are having 134 at the reception. I am making 50 programs. Hopefully that is enough, especially since there is a big break inbetween. If not, oh well. Perhaps I will write a little sign, please take one per family.

I had 180 at the reception and make 100 programs and there were like no extras after the wedding. If MIL didn't hold onto some at the beginning we wouldnt have had one for parents and us. I would at least make 75% of your total.

Re: How many church programs?
We are sending out 75 invitatations and expect approximately 115-120 people to attend. Since we are getting married at our RH, I plan on making one program person. I got all of my program supplies onsale, so I think that I am spending less than $.25 per program.

Re: How many church programs?
We are getting married at a church on a Friday - as much as I REALLY want everyone to go to the church, I realize that some people won't.
We're expecting 125-ish at the reception. I will do 40-50 programs for the church.
