Not including at your cocktail hour, how many courses are part of your sit down dinner?
For example:
Salad, Dinner, Cake
OR
Salad Pasta Dinner Cake
Thanks.

We are choosing intermezzo instead of the pasta course...there's just so much food! We are also doing the vienese(sp?) hour.

We didn't...we took out the pasta course. Since the guests were just coming in from the CH, they were glad to get a 'palate cleanser'...plus the lemon sorbet rocked.

Same with us...we get a choice of pasta or intermezzo, so we're picking intermezzo. But we will probably choose pasta as the appetizer, so we will be having a pasta course anyway!
