I'm trying to calculate how many vacation days I need to save up from now until November! The after the wedding part is easy, the honeymoon is 2 weeks. I just can't figure out how much time I'm going to want BEFORE the wedding. Keeping in mind that we'll have to come up to LI from Washington DC, where we are currently living.

i'm only taking Friday off (but my wedding is on a Sunday so that's 2 days off, in a way) ...
if i had more vacation time at work, i'd take wed and thurs off too

Two workdays, then there's a Saturday before my wedding (we're getting married on Sunday)
I wouldn't take Thursday if my parents lived in NY. They're coming in that day from FL.

8 days... well that includes Thanksgiving/BlackFriday and then the weekend. i have 4 weeks of vacation and our big honeymoon is in 2011.

I am 2 days off before Thurs & Fri & then over 2 weeks for a honeymoon. So, I think my total work days off will be 16 days. Sweeet!!!
