How many days after your wedding are you leaving on HM

Our wedding is labor day sunday, since monday is a holiday we are leaving tuesday at 5pm (i wanted to make sure the bank was open so i can deposit all my envelopes..

We got married on Saturday and left for our HM on Monday afternoon - the next day we just relaxed and finished packing.

a word of caution, if you deposit more than $10K the federal gov't get alerted. if you deposit even $9,999.99 they won't know about it.
that monday is a federal bacnk holiday and most banks will be closed, i know TD Bank will beopen - they usually let you deposit money but it won't clear until the next day. you would have to check with your individual bank to see if they are open.

we're going to try the 'quick photo deposit' with Chase using our phones. Never tried it before so if it doesn't work, I'm giving everything to my mom and she's going to deposit them for us

You might want to just test it out beforehand if you have time before your wedding. It is a super convenient feature...when it works! I use it sometimes, but every time I have tried it, it takes at least two or three tries before it works. Could take a while if you have lots of checks

Wedding is on Friday and we leave Monday afternoon. My entire immediate family is from out of town so I wanted to spend as much time with them as possible.
