Wedding is on Saturday and I think I'm only taking one day before (Friday) and then 3 weeks after.

I was going to take the whole week before but I am scared to ask my job plus 2 weeks after for the honeymoon. I know i am going to get stuck doing everything bc FH will have to work that week. I just don't know if 3 weeks is too much to ask. I should have the time though.

My job usually wouldn't allow it either but because it was a special occasion they were working with me, maybe that could be the case for you. I was also lucky because the monday after my wedding is a holiday so it actually gave me an extra vacation day

I'm lucky. I work for my dad and work from home so I will go to PA a good amount of time before the wedding...maybe close to a week? since i am out of town i know i will need the tiem...

I am taking off from April 4th @ 3:00pm and returning on April 28th. The wedding is the 12th. I have a lot of time saved up at work, and figured I would take it!

taking off wednesday , thursday, wedding is friday and then back to work on tuesday. But then another 10 days off in july for the honeymoon.

I am taking wed/thurs before getting married on Friday and then not coming back till the 27th. I am nervous that might not be enough though!

me too.........I am taking off Wed. I have to start picking the fam up at the airport and shuttling them around!

Im taking 1/2 day on Thursday and the full day on Friday even though im not getting married until Sunday.
I just dont want to deal with the stress of the job!

i need to be as at peace as possible i figure 72 hours should do the trick.

I would like to take a week off before the wedding but my job will not allow it (they need me). So i'll probably take off two days before....

I am getting married the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I have off from work starting wednesday because of the Holiday. I may take off the Tuesday. I'm not sure yet.

I can't even imagine what I am goign to have to do that day, i thought maybe they would be relaxing days but i have a feeling that is sooo not going to be the case.
