How many days before wedding are you taking off from work
I'm trying to figure out my schedule at work with how much vaccation time I will have when I get married I was just wondering how many days before your wedding is everyone taking off I was planning on taking off starting Wed. and Im getting married on Saterday.

I think I will be taking a half day (or full, not sure) on Wednesday, then Thursday and Friday off....wedding is on Sunday!

My wedding is friday, rehersal is on Wed so i'll probably work Monday and Tuesday.
But this can always change lol.

wedding is on friday....was thinking of just talking thursday off but maybe wednesday also.

Our wedding is on a Sunday afternoon. I might take the Friday before off from work. Definitely will take the Monday after. My job gives us a free paid day off if we're getting married; we just have to use it on the workday immediately before or after the wedding date (or, if the wedding is on a workday, then we take it that day).

not taking any days wedding is sunday night so i dont see the need...its a new job so im not pushing my luck

i am not sure about this one, i have to see how much vacation time i am getting. I may end up not taking any days before if i am short on vacation... i will need 2 weeks for my HM and a few days here and there for other family weddings i will be attending thoughout the year. If i do have time left over i may just take the Friday before (my wedding is Sat morning)

I am getting married on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and I am taking off the Friday before and 3 weeks after

I am getting married on a Saturday so...I will prob take the Thur & Fri before and then 3 wks after that for the HM. OMG I cant wait!!!!

I want to take off 3 solid weeks- the week before the Friday wedding, the week after (for the honeymoon) and the week after that to recuperate.

Exactly the same for me. I wanted to take off more, but I have so many weddings next year, and am running out of vacation.

I'm not sure... it's going to depend on where I'm working. I'm going to have to go to school up until either 1 or 2 days before, so I'd like to take off work for maybe 3 days before
