did you or are you going to take off? My FMIL and FFIL arrive 3 days before our wedding, so FH is taking about 4 days off before our wedding... i'm wondering how many days in advance should i take off

I work part-time on Monday, Thursday & Friday evenings. I have to take Thursday off since it's our rehearsal & I'm going to take Friday off as well.

I took half a day wed, and thursday-got married friday...I wish I had taken more time-I sure as hell needed it

I'm taking a half day on Wednesday, then taking all of Thursday and Friday off. I'm getting married on a Saturday. My parents are coming in from Florida on Wednesday night so I want to have a few hours to myself before they get here and everything spirals out of control!!!

Just one (Friday) b/c my wedding is on Sunday. I'm sure I'll be freaking out starting on Monday, but I only have so much vacation time!

i wanted to take Thursday and Friday off...getting married on Saturday
only reason why i dont take wednesday off is b/c I have an important meeting the Monday BEFORE my wedding that will determine what we discuss at an important meeting the monday AFTER my wedding and I have to make sure all the material is confirmed and prepared.
Im heading out to the hotel wednesday night after work though =)
FH is taking the whole week off ....bast*rd...

I took off Wednesday & Thursday and got married on Friday. Depends on when your rehearsal is... I needed wednesday to pick up my dress, pick up tuxes, get last minute stuff ready, get eyebrows waxed... Then thursday was our rehearsal dinner... and i needed to get nails done etc... ... i'd def leave yourself 2 days before your wedding if your rehearsal is 1-2 days before.
And... how often do you get married?!?!?! Take off!! and enjoy!
