How many did you buy.........

I noticed a lot of posts about brides who purchased 2 or more wedding gowns and then try to sell the 2nd and 3rd runners up.

Is this normal?

I ask because I was under the impression that most brides pay $600 - $1500 fior their gown and some brides (on this site and nycityweddings.com) have purchased gowns for upwards of $2K.

I bought two dressses but decided quick enough so i could cancel the first one for a $50 cancelation fee (RK bridal is great to work with) which was worth it to me becuase i was not happy

then i bought the dress i love - it is expensive but i don't worry anymore so it is worth every penny - i know i will look like a princess

i dont think this is normal....my dress was way over that and i would not have gotten it if i was not sure!

i think when people get a good price on it it is like an impulse and are not really in love with it

like some girls on here buy many headpieces...when you are paying $$$ for a headpiece you wouldn't do that
