How many dresses did you try on before you found 'the one'? I've tried on at least 40 at still havent LOVED any Just curious how many dresses it took until you ladies found 'the one'.

I tried on AT LEAST 40, at 4 different stores. I eventually found one I loved, but I didn't cry or get palpitations or any of those things....I just loved the dress!
I felt like I'd never find one I loved and then started thinking I should just pick one I really liked and be done with it. Don't worry, you'll find one you love, I promise!

I went to 3 places, and tried on about 5-7 dresses at each place. My dress was the 2nd one I tried on at the third salon, but I tried on 2 more dresses after that just to be sure :)

I went ALL over the island looking.. wound up purchasing one because everyone said it was the one.. it came in, I tried it on and well.. I hated it.. sooo we started the search over again.. Tried on another 4-5 and than found the one.. DON'T SETTLE is all I can tell you

My dress was the second dress I tried on it would have been the first but I knew I wouldn't like it if it was the first lol. I tried 8 more dress after just to make sure.

I went to 5 places and tried on around 7-10 dresses each time
I didn't do the crying thing when I found the one. I actually went to one more place afterwords just To make aure

I tried on about 5-6 but ended up back to the first one which was like a dream. I had to try on a few others to make sure, but the first one was perfection I had done ALOT of homework

Kristin, don't get discouraged. I went to 8 salons and tried on at least 10 dresses at each, probably 95 in total. I'm sure you know by now that I'm 'thorough' (aka crazy) about every vendor, but you have enough time to take your time and make a decision you'll be happy with in a year.
I didnt cry or anything either. I just knew that I looked like what I want to look like on my wedding day in that dress.

It was good. I actually went to show my sister one dress and instead I found two dresses I really love. The one I went there for is out of the running. Lol. Go figure. I am gonna go back in a week with my aunt and if I still feel the same I'll be ordering one of them. I'm still gonna go to the wedding salon of manhasset this Saturday to try on some more.
