How Many Dresses on your 'To Try-On' List?

I currently have a list of about 40 dresses on my 'To Try-On' list. Some of them will have to be tried on at different places, since no one place carries all of them, but will I really try on 40 dresses? LOL, it seems like a lot!

I'm sure once I start trying them on, I'll have a better idea of what I don't like and will be able to eliminate dresses of that kind, but is 40 dresses normal?

I have all different brands on the list, which is why I feel like I may need to try on different dresses of the same type, because they're from different brands.

I think like you said you will weed some out once you lean toward a certain style.

go with an open mind the first time you go and see what you like. Go to a place with many kinds of styles so you can see what works best for your shape.

i tried on about 20 dresses or so on my first trip and actually found my dress which had a bubble bottom (and i SWORE i would never have that nonsense)...you never know what you'll actually fall in love with in the end.

What's a bubble bottom?

I have had dresses in mind ever since getting engaged, but the way they look on me may not be the way they look on the model or other brides online.
I just tried on a dress that I kind of skipped on online because I didn't think it would look right on me, but now it's my first choice thus far of dresses I've tried on.

I tried on 1,4276 dresses Alright maybe 30....Hahaha.. joking aside, my advice is to try on everything, even if not on your list. I found a few dresses online too, but they never ended up having them even though that store sold the designer.... most of the ones I thought I liked I didn't. So just go there w/ an open mind and try on all different types and have fun Good luck!!

I didn't have a try on list because I had no idea what would look good on me. I liked tops of some dresses, bottoms of others, and yet work on others. The only thing I knew was that I wanted a lot of work, a long train, and to feel like I was an old fashion princess. I tried on a bunch of different styles to narrow down the style dress and never said no to one on the hanger bc as my grandma used to say, 'You aren't a hanger, so it will look different on you!'

Just be open minded...you never know what you'll end up with, but no matter what you decide on, it'' be beautiful on you!

i tried on about 8 or 9 dresses. and the funny part was i was set on the adorae dress or adeline dress from maggie sottero. i saw adorae over a year ago and i said that my dress idc lol. well i ended up choosing a dress i never even thought or imagined on myself, a lace gown! im so not a lace girl. but this was gorgeous.and the adorae although looked great was so heavy for my august wedding. so you never know what ull like. think of your best body parts and what dress will bring that out. which dress wjll the groom like and which will make you feel like a bride and fit the setting or theme
