eta - we have 6 lamb, filet mignon, stuffed chicken brest, grilled filet of salmon, jumbo gulf shrimp, and a grilled vegetable platter.

we have a choice of 7!!! prime rib, NYS steak or filet mignon, a vegetarian dish, duck, chicken and i cant remember the others hahahaha

one entree for all (with a vegetarian option (to be preselected, if necessary)
we're getting married at a club and not a catering hall which limited our menu, but I'm thrilled with what we're serving and I think most guests will be as well

We're having three but haven't picked them out (won't until about 6 weeks before the wedding). Probably the standard though - one beef, one chicken and one fish.

1) Prime Rib or another beef dish of our choice) 2) Chicken Florentine 3) Salmon 4) Vegetarian choice 5) Pasta choice 6) Grilled chicken 7) Filet of Sole
But I hear ya, LovelyL ... the cocktail hour is what totally rocks (we'll probably miss most of the best stuff, too!! )

We're having 4. They'll probably be filet mignon, chilean sea bass, some type of chicken and a vegetarian option (veggies or pasta). My dad will actually have th final say in that. He's really into the food aspect because he used to be in the catering business so he thinks he knows it all. LOL! Whatever makes him happy is fine with me.
