I would order about 100 of them (if you want you could probably even get away with ordering 90 of them). I am sending out 160 invites and I am ordering 150 favors. If by some chance all of our responses comes back yes (which is highly unlikely!), then our parents and brothers & sister's will have to do without a favor; but I do not see that happening.
I would order 100 favors, that sounds like a reasonable number considering the 105 invitations. Figure you'll have some no's and with your FG and RB you should be fine with 100.

Oh, I ended up ordering 105 in case we wanted extras. I know that some people can't make it to the wedding, but I'd like to give them a favor anyways. Also I may give my banquet manager and hair and makeup girls favors as a thank you.
