I did it for the rehearsal dinner too.


I think the reception hall should give us a free meal.

I think we did at first and then realized....

And then we accidentally counted us for invitations --

Isnt it BS that RH's dont give the bride and groom a free meal..i mean...if it wasnt for you, no one would be there....

We get all 3 entrees, so it's kinda like 2 free meals when you buy one meal at regular price. Sorta.

i agree the reception halls shouldcount the bride and groom free.

we didn;t forget but i know alot of people do.

Wouldn't be a bad marketing move to do that!

I mean come on you have a child's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's the birthday child is free.

I was just wondering if we counted. What do they do if you forget? I definately ordering all the meals if we count!

My sentiments exactly!!!!! I called yesterday to give them my headcount to get a final balance so I could get a check from the bank. Literally 20 minutes later, I got a phone call that one person wasn't coming. Then 2 hours later I get another phone call saying another person isn't coming. This is all after last week one of FMIL's friends broke-up with her BF and he isn't coming AND my dads friends in FL can't come because of the health of a family member. People are dropping like flies!
But back to the point, so I call today and get a new total, w/o 2 people and then i read this post and forgot FH and I. At least 2-2=0! And I can just use yesterday's total!!! But I think my BM is gonna think I am a looney toon!!!!!
