How many friends are u inviting? (from 09 board)

FH is inviting SOOOO MANY FRIENDS!!!
but he doesn't have a big fam.

i'm inviting.. umm.. 8 friends aside from co-workers and those in my bp. But i have a lot of fam

what about everyone else?

I'm from a very big family. FH family is on the small size. 50 friends 15 co-workers. My list is 300, I'm trying to cut. It's hard to cut when you mother is the last girl out on 10 kids and your grandparents had her at 40. My dad was the second to last boy out of 11. So I don't think my list will be shorter than 180.

a few that i still keep in touch w/ from HS and a few that live out of state.... FH will be inviting some of his college frat buddies

the friend part is hard...

FH is inviting about 10 or so friends/coworkers and dates, not including his GM

im inviting like 5 coworkers and dates(not including the 2 in my BP), one OOT friend, one friend from elementary school, and then my sorority makes it difficult!!

if i were to invite all the girls i wanna (cuz u get into, 'how do u invite her w/o inviting her?' situations) id be inviting like 20 more ppl at least, then w/dates, i jus cant do it!!!

soooooooo, what we decided, which everyone seems ok w/is that only girls w/bf's that WE KNOW or that they've been w/for a LONG TIME will have guests invited...the ones that are single or hop from guy to guy will be invited alone, that way i can invite more of MY FRIENDS rather than strangers...its not like they wont have ppl to hang out with! so that will keep it to hopefully about 15-20 TOTAL of my sorority sisters

Well we've been together for 9 years, so a lot of our friends are mutual, and also many are in the bridal party.

4 of my BM's are friends (plus guests)
2 of his GM's are friends (plus guests)
3 other couples that are our friends

Then I'll have:
4 of my former co-workers (plus guests)
5 of his former co-workers (plus guests)

So that's about 36 people there.

I just started a new job in October, so by next June I'm sure there may be a few of my current co-workers that I decide to invite. FH is starting a new job next week, so again, we'll see about current co-workers for him as well.

It'll probably end up around 50 or so (including guests)

All my friends I'm inviting are in my bridal party except two and then a few friends from work. My FH has a ton of friends he wants to invite but his family is small so we kind of even out.

Well a majority of the list is family from both sides. And than our friends come into play which will be about 25% of the list (including our close friends parents).
