My FH is a crazy Giants fan. I don't even bother calling him during the games, EVER! When we were first planning the wedding, he said if it is in the fall it has to be during the bye week (saying because his freinds won't come).
The good thing is that it gives me time to do my own thing and to go SHOPPING!
I hate football a lot. I don't see the sense of it at all. Just a bunch of guys slamming into eachother. He is obsessed though and he refuses to change.

Re: How many future 'Football Widows' here?
I am a widow as well. I have to schedule vendors before or after the game on Sundays.

Well, I am not exactly a widow. I am as involved in the game as FH. We actually bet 5 games a week against each other. We do this for the whole season and whoever wins gets a prize. For almost the whole season I've been down 3 games. If he loses his last game tonight we will be tied. I am so excited. I won 2 years in a row and then he won last year.
