We'll probably end up inviting around 185-190 people. We're hoping that 150-160 will accept.

The list I made w/ FH is about 200 (that's without FMIL seeing it, I'm sure it will go up!)

Our guarantee is 150 so we should be fine.

No, I will not be having to many people either. My guest list is for about 100 people but maybe 80 (or less) will show..
