How many guests are you having....

for your bridal shower?? I calculated my shower guest list (women only) last night and it looks kind of puny to me I only have 40 people...is that below the average?? Out of those 40, I am sure at least 10 will not go due to them being out of town or because they dont have cars. FH does not have many women in his family and my co-workers are throwing one for me at work so they are not included. I dont know why but this is really bothering me....I dont know that many women!! whaaaaaa lol

I think about 75 were invited -- but we've had a lot of no's so it's probably going to be around 50 people

My list is 53, but that includes myself and my mom, sister, etc.

Its all relative to a) the size of your wedding (we're inviting around 230) and b) who you actually want there. Yeah I could have invited more people but I stuck to only those who I truly wanted there.
