How many inches is your Heels? And How tall are you?
Let me start,
I'm 5'1 and I'm wearing 4 inch heels! Thank goodness its on a 1 inch platform so it will only feel 3 inches high.

I found a pair of shoes that I love, but they are way too high for me. I could never walk myself down the aisle in these shoes (even on my father's arm!)
If anyone sees this shoe in a lower heel, please let me know.

I wont be wearing any heels. FI is not that much taller than me, and from what I've heard I'll be happy for not wearing any at the end of the day.
ETS: those shoes are beautiful. If you're afraid of slipping or something, shoe stores, sell those non-slip thingys, and they work.

me neither! FH is only a tiny bit taller than me...I'm 5'3'. We are tiny I know! I don't want to be taller than him. I may just wear ballerina slippers the whole time!

These are my shoes they have a two inch heel, but I might have a 1/4 of an inch cut off.

If you cut the heel isnt that going to affect the whole shape of the shoe??? Meaning isnt the arch going to get screwed up?? I would think height of the heel is bases on the degree of the curve on the arch. If you cut the heel how is the new heel going to touch the ground without cracking the shoe in half??? I didnt think something like that could be done but then again I have never been to a shoemaker.

Yes, if the cut is drastic. I was told 1/4 of an inch will not effect the look of the shoe. If it is much more, you would end up with the front of your shoes pointing upwards like elf shoes.

I am 5'11 and FH is 5'10, so I will wear something around 2 inches. Didnt go shopping yet for shoes. :)
I'm 5'4 and my heels are 3.5 inches A lot more than I wanted, but I LOVE my shoes I'm going to get lower heels for the reception just in case my feet hurt. Here's a pic of my shoes

i'm around 5'1 as well and my heels were around 4 inches. just practice if you're not used to wearing heels that high!

0 I am 6 foot 1 inch and FH is 6 foot, so he made me SWEAR that I was not going to wear heels.
