how many invitations did you/are you ordering?

We have about 145 people on our list as of now. 100 invites should be enough right?

TIA

well first what i do is go over my guest list to see how many invites i would need exactly. I have it all written down so i put a bracket for each invite, so a couple i put one bracket for them, if its a family i group them all together and then i count exactly how many i will need. Then order a few extra invites just in case

I think so... We have 166 on our list and plan on ordering 100.

So far, the guest list is for 182 people. The invitations sum up to 68, so I think I will order about 75-80 just to be safe in case of changes.

Do you have your list already made out? If you have it in excel then just order the number of rows you have...plus some extra. Definitely get extra...I ended up adding some people and then had some misspellings and changed addresses that the calligrapher had to correct.

We ended up inviting 238 and I had 126 sets of invites that I needed. I ordered 150 to have extra and so far have used about 10 of the extras.

I think we figured we needed 70 and I ordered 100 to be safe. Prolly too many, but oh well.

I agree you should work off an initial guest list. for us it was 392 people, 200 invitations needed.

yeah I do and that makes total sense! I have 76 rows including the optional people, so I think 100 should be plenty. Thanks!

I'm in the same boat as you are!!! Same exact scenario. Originally we were suppose to have 175 guests, and it went up to 243!!

I ordered 150 invitations and matching RSVP's

wow, really? that was the one thing I did early, just to get an idea of how much the RH would cost.
