We want 2...a boy and a girl...whatever God wants and as long as they are healthy...Twins run in FH's side of the family....yikes

Fh has a 4 year old son. and we want one more. he is convinced we will have a honeymoon baby. i hope not b/c we dont have the room for another baby in this apartment! so i want to wait til we buy a house

I want like 4 to 5 or 6 kids! I want a huge family but FH said 4 is enough! But he's the only child so he said we'll see. But being that I have 5 nephews, 1 neice and a Goddaughter that may cause problems if I have so many kids, being that I raised all of them...so he's going to get me a PUPPY( my first child) in december!!! I'm going to be a MOMMY!!

we're not having kids......but we have two dogs and two cats and the dogs themselves are a lot of work!!!!

Yep i know i have 3 dogs and they are a lot of work even though they are all 12 lbs and under !!! Thats why I think my one son is enough!!

Im the same as you, I work with children and I love it...but I dont want to have any either. Although people love to tell me that I'll change my mind, me and FH both know we wont, and if we by some miracle on earth we ever do change our minds, we would def. adopt!!. I have a bunch of nieces and nephews that i adore and spoil, and me and FH want to get a few dogs when we get a bigger place...those will be our babies!

Good for you..I get the same thing, 'You say that now but you'll want them.' Believe me, I won't. That is funny that you want a few dogs, I want a few cats!! Love the fuzzy faces!!!

i love cats too, i have one now...Buster! I'll probably get 1 or 2 more of those too!! My mom is thrilled that she will be the 'grandma' to so many animals!! hee hee

I am in the same boat as you girls, and FH agrees. We don't want children. People always say 'oh you'll change your mind' and I know I probably won't. If there is anyone I could love almost as much as my own child it's my nephew and even he gets on my nerves sometimes and I can't wait to send him home. Plus I can't see spending all this time in school (it will be 10 years of college by the time I finish) to get a job and then have to leave for maternity leave. Kids just aren't in our future and we're ok with that. I just wish everyone else would be too.

We both want 2-3 kids. He grew up with 1 brother and I grew up with 2 sisters so we both think that's the right number for us. Anymore and I'd probably go crazy (well crazier lol).

I want 2... FH wants 3... I told him the only way hes getting the 3rd is if he/she is adopted.. (i really want to adopt, but FH doesnt)

Same here! I really would love to give a child in need a home! But FH is against it!

However I would love 4 children,,, but am gonna go with whatever I can afford....

well i want 2 but im so lucky i have twins that run on my moms side, my dad side, Pauls dad side, and also paul moms side. so i might be so lucky to have twins.
