how many limos do we need? HELP!

We're trying to figure out how many limos we need... this is what I'm looking at:

-Ceremony and reception are in the same place, so we don't need to travel in between. The limos need to get us and the wedding party, etc, from where we're getting ready (I'll be at my parents' house, he'll be at our apartment, and then joining me at my parents' house) to the location, and then from the location get us to our hotel, and our families/wedding party to their respective homes and hotels. We have a relatively small wedding party - at this point, it's 2 girls and 3 guys. (which includes my brother and sister, he's an only child).

-We'd like to provide oot guests with some kind of transportation from the hotel to and from the location. We were thinking one of those party bus type things?

- My grandparents need their own car to drive them to and from their home, as they are not well and will probably leave pretty early on in the evening, and can't drive.

So, I'm not sure... definitely 1 for my grandparents, the bus-thing, and I'm thinking maybe 2 for us and the wedding party? Or will that be enough? Who usually rides in the limos? Parents? Grandparents? We will be taking some of our formal pictures at my parents' house beforehand, so quite a few people will probably be there. 1 for us, and then 2 for the wedding party, so a limo for each side? What are you all doing? Help!

A lot of places have drop off/pick up packages and can help you out...Try M&V limos to get an idea....

I would do limos for the BP and immediate fam and then a party bus for the rest!

I haven't started looking at limos, but I'm kind of in the same boat. I have a small BP and I'm getting married at the RH. I am planning on going somewhere before the ceremony to take pics. So I was hoping to have maybe a limo to pick up FH, his family and GM and then maybe the party bus that I will be using for hotel guests to pick up my family, BM and me. These will take us to the RH and other picture venue and then back home or to hotel later that night.

I don't know if this is feasible or not. I know limo companies do pick and drop off. We don't need them for that many hours, so I don't know how they would work it out. If anyone knows this, please let me know as well.

I would think you would only need 2 limos though and maybe a party/shuttle bus for hotel guests. HTH!
