We will have round tables with 12 people each. I am making my own menus so I don't really think I should print one out pp. Anyone have any suggestions as to how many menus I should use per table? Also, what is everyone using to hold them up? Or are you just putting them down on the table??

Our hall recommended not doing one menu per person since the tables get crowded and people tend to get food on them and not keep them. We're goign to do one menu for every 2 place settings and it will be placed in between. Basically half the amount of people

If you have 12 people per table, I would do 12 menus total!!! I wouldn't do 6 where the couple will have to share! One would be fine!

I did half, the only way you should do one per table is if you have a charger/napkin setup and you can put the menu on the plate (most places have food on your plate when you sit - so they just place the menu on the table).

I am doing one per person, they will be folded into the napkins on the plates when ppl come into the room.

I was gonna do 1 per couple but it seems like a lot! We went to a wedding July 5 where they just had maybe like 4 menus per table in the center and it worked just as well so I think we're going to do that, too.

our hall does not have the first course pre-plated so we did 1 menu per person. i just loved the way it looked ...

That's what I'm doing. Anyone know if you can ask if the waiter can remove the menus after they order?

im doing one per person cuz im tucking it into the napkin that's on a charger (no food on the plates etc).
other ideas - u could put 1 menu in a frame and then put 2 per table.
or u can print on both sides of the menu so that both sides can see...and then put one in a double-sided frame or those little clips for pictures.

I've seen this and thought it was a great idea. I'll probably do this but also have maybe 2 other menus (one at each end, my tables are oval)

i had rould tables too all except for the bp table and i did one menu per guest...tey took no room up, they were each placed on each guests plate

I'm doing 2 per table (friend did it came out great). The girls on here helped me find small easels@Michaels, Joanns, Pearls.
I have tall CPs-so they will be at the base. I'm content, have seen both. But its up to you. If you do the easels, take a menu with you to see if it holds. There are at least 3 sizes, but dependson paper weight.
