I believe every place setting should get one. I have been to weddings were everyone gets one of their own. HTH

Our hall only provides one per table, so we're making our own.

We are also making one menu for each place setting, but I think you could do two per table depending on how many people at each table if you didnt want to do one at each setting.

I made our menus (it wasn't provided by our reception) and had the staff place one for each place setting.

You can do two per table in frames or one per place setting is nice but can be a lot to do if you are having a larger size wedding.
