How many months before your wedding..

are you sending Invitations?

Just want to get an average. Sorry if this thread was done before on here.

3 months for mine also. I sent them first week of February, RSVP date of April 1st, and wedding is on April 30th.

The wedding is May 7. We ust sent out the invites to our guests in England/Ireland this past Saturday (so that's 12 weeks before) and the rest will be going out on Feb 26 (10 weeks before)

ok great! same here. some people kept saying thats too early so I wanted to see what everyone else was doing. Thanks!

We did just about 3 months. And I just got an invite from a friend that arrived a little over 4 months early. I thought that was a little strange but I guess some people send them out even earlier!

Between 2.5 and 3 months before.

Wedding is Nov 5th, invitations will probably go out mid August.

We are doing 2 months. Sending them out the end of March, RSVP April 29th. I sent out STDs, and most people know when it is so it's not a surprise. If it was 3 months, that would be in 2 weeks, and I'm not ready yet!!!!
