i would rather not wear anything but i am wearing closed toe shoes and i'm afraid of them hurting if i don't wear something... either knee highs or thigh highs probably... depending on what is less annoying.

Stockings and open toe shoes. I know I just said it. I was told that there are certain kinds of stockings that I could wear. I am just so use to wearing stockings.

I bought ivory, as my gown and shoes are both ivory.
Got them from StockinGirl and they came in a day, not that I paid for overnight shipping. I think the company is in CT. They have gorgeous silk stockings, but I know me, there's a 50% chance that I'd rip or run them before I actually got both on my legs. And since they're $55, I didn't want to risk it. And they do have Tall Girl stockings, but none with sandalfoot, which I need for my shoes--they're closed toe but have a strappy heel. So I got the more basic Berkshire with a lace top. Very nice, still. They have amazing stuff, I need to order more for 'fun.' And I'm definitely going to get their merino wool tights and over-the-knee socks for next fall.
