FOR ONE OF THE WALKS THAT ARE HELD HERE IN THE CITY??

There are at least 2 that I do every year, the AIDS WALK and the SUSAN G. KOMEN RACE FOR THE CURE

I would love to do it with those of you that are interested in having a LIW team???

I think it's always necessary to spread the love!
I participate in many walks to..usually smaller ones but am really looking forward to this! It's so important for all of us to work for a cure...

We could call our team the ladies of LIWeddings walking for the CURE!!! If we use that name tho' Ron will definitely have to make a generous contribution to the cause

Can always count me in.

I usually get a phone call from the people who sponser the aids walk because 3 years ago I signed up to be a volunteer. They call me every year. I dont think they called me this year though because I moved and never told them.

But you can definatly count me in for walking. I may even be able to recruit 1 or 2 of my friends

It did not work...shucks!!! well it is only 3.1 miles, very quick, easy and fun and they treat you well along the course

Shamma- I can not walk that day, as I have a wedding I will walk any other time on your team though.

I walk/run in honor of my Mother, who is in remission now.

LeeLee- I would be honored to add your Mother to my list too. I will be thinking of you and your family when Thrilled and I run the Revlon Race.
