We made 80 because all of our guests were from OOT.

But we got all of our stuff at BJs the month before the wedding, so we didn't crowd the tiny apt. I did buy all the bags at Michaels though 3 months in advance when they went on sale!

what did you get from BJ's? what goes in these baskets?

I only need 13. I've started buying some small stuff like snacks. It stinks though- the boxes of individually wrapped snacks come in boxes of 12, so I have to buy single stuff for the last bag (I've started getting some snack stuff at Wal-Mart). Couldn't I just have 12 rooms to make it easier??

If you have no way to judge a range for home many rooms you'll have, I'd wait until you know better to buy stuff, then have some BMs or family over to help you stuff them, since you'll be getting busier and busier. Or buy lots of each thing and keep your receipts if you're able to return stuff if you have too much.

So far, I've bought individual small packages of : Teddy Grams, goldfish, crackers...I will add bottles of water, mints, and I'm asking everyone for their favorite candy bars (I'll buy those closer to the wedding, so they don't melt and of course, SO I DON'T EAT THEM before!!!) I think I'm mostly doing just snacks, the Inn we're staying at provides a bunch of Bath & Body works for each guest.

I called the hotel to ask how many of our rooms were booked and then I made 5 more just in case.

(so that was 40 total)

Yeah, the Inn is in the Poconos (doing a destination wedding at a nice Inn there)... they give so much stuff in each room!! And I know I can't have that much chocolate in my house for 2 months, it would be bad!!!!
