Say you guarantee 120 people ....how many should you invite to safely reach that number. I know some may RSVP no ...so what is a target number....HELP

they SAY that 20% of people invited will respond 'no'.... but I wouldn't necessarily say that is a rule by which you should strictly abide!
you might invite more people and they all say YES! haha im hoping that won't happen to us

We invited exactly how many ppl we wanted and then have a B list. For every no we will send out a B list invite. I know that some ppl say to invite a certain percentage over but I am just not comfortable doing that since 3 of my sisters recieved less than 10 no's.
